Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to strict quality standards.
- Make beds, change linens, and replenish amenities (soap, shampoo, etc.) in guest rooms.
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop floors efficiently.
- Empty trash cans and replace trash bags regularly.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or missing items to the housekeeping supervisor immediately.
- Maintain a positive, professional demeanor with guests and colleagues at all times.
Qualifications
- No prior housekeeping experience is required; a strong work ethic is essential.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods.
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
