Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, suites, and common areas, ensuring adherence to our strict quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchenettes, and public spaces to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Restock amenities such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning supplies to ensure rooms are fully prepared.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team immediately to ensure a safe environment.
- Follow safety protocols regarding the use of cleaning chemicals and equipment to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Adhere to time management schedules to ensure all rooms are cleaned within the allotted time frames.
- Interact professionally with guests and other staff members to provide a high level of customer service.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as our operations run 24/7.
- Basic computer skills for logging work hours and accessing guest information.
