Responsibilities
- Deep-clean and sanitize guest rooms, including changing linens, restocking amenities, and maintaining bathroom hygiene
- Service common areas including lobbies, elevators, and conference spaces to brand standards
- Operate commercial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently (floor buffers, extractors)
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report maintenance issues promptly
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and chemical handling procedures
- Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams for seamless room turnover
- Complete daily assignment logs with attention to detail and timeliness
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly throughout shift
- Strong attention to detail with commitment to cleanliness standards
- Basic math skills for inventory management and supply tracking
- Valid work authorization and ability to pass background check
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic English communication skills
- Reliable transportation to work location
