Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms and public areas according to strict hotel standards.
- Change linens and replenish amenities (soap, shampoo, etc.) to ensure a fresh guest experience.
- Dust, vacuum, and mop floors, dust furniture, and polish surfaces.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately to the supervisor.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and ensure stock levels are sufficient.
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a healthy environment for guests and staff.
- Interact with guests politely and professionally to address any specific requests.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous housekeeping experience is a plus, but we provide training for the right candidates.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Attention to detail with a strong commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic English proficiency for communication purposes.
