Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to the highest standards.
- Make beds, dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and ensure all amenities are fully stocked.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the management team immediately.
- Follow strict chemical handling and safety protocols to ensure a safe workplace.
- Adhere to time management schedules to ensure efficient room turnover and high occupancy rates.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with guests and colleagues.
- Sort and replace linens and towels in accordance with hotel policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
- Must be physically capable of standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and early mornings.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
