Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest standards.
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish amenities (soap, shampoo, etc.).
- Empty trash bins and replace liners throughout the property.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or missing items to the supervisor immediately.
- Maintain cleanliness of closets, storage rooms, and laundry areas.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and company policies at all times.
- Provide friendly, professional service to guests and visitors.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently.
