Responsibilities
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms, suites, and public areas.
- Strip and make beds according to strict brand standards and guest preferences.
- Restock amenities, linens, and supplies in guest rooms and housekeeping carts.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues, damages, or missing items and report them promptly.
- Ensure the safety and security of guest belongings and hotel property.
- Follow all safety protocols and chemical handling procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or janitorial services is preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to lift 25-50 lbs regularly.
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in English is required.
