Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Make beds, change linens, and replace amenities (soap, shampoo, etc.) in guest rooms.
- Empty trash cans and replace liners throughout the property.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the engineering or management team immediately.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to all company dress codes and safety protocols.
- Fold and store linens in the housekeeping linen room efficiently.
- Greet guests politely and respond to room service requests in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is a plus but not required; we provide training.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Good communication skills and a friendly, customer-service-oriented attitude.
