Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure high standards of hygiene.
- Make beds, replace linens, and restock amenities (soap, shampoo, etc.) in guest rooms.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the engineering department immediately.
- Ensure all cleaning chemicals and equipment are used safely and stored properly.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with guests and colleagues.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and brand standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
