Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, hallways, and public restrooms to the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with guests and team members.
- Ensure all amenities, linens, and supplies are stocked and organized in guest rooms.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies regarding chemical handling and cleaning agents.
- Adhere to time clocks and shift schedules to ensure efficient operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Basic English proficiency for communication purposes.
- Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
