Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness, hygiene, and aesthetic appeal of guest rooms, suites, and public areas.
- Restock amenities, linens, and supplies to meet brand standards and guest expectations.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the Engineering or Management team immediately.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations and protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist guests with requests during room cleaning.
- Manage time efficiently to ensure all assigned rooms are completed within the shift timeframe.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, or a similar role is preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation and availability for shift work, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
