Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
- Restock amenities and ensure all supplies are properly organized
- Report maintenance issues and room discrepancies to management promptly
- Adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols as per CDC and hotel standards
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental efficiency goals
- Handle guest requests with professionalism and a positive attitude
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and submit requisitions when needed
Qualifications
- No prior housekeeping or hotel experience required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
