Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service across all hotel departments including front desk, housekeeping, and concierge
- Manage shift operations efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism
- Perform daily inspections and maintain departmental compliance with hotel policies
- Train and mentor new team members on service standards and operational procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hotel or hospitality experience required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid Washington state Food Handler's Card (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, PMS)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
