Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to strict hotel standards.
- Make beds, change linens, and replace towels to ensure a fresh and welcoming atmosphere.
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop floors in hallways and guest suites.
- Restock amenities such as soap, shampoo, and toiletries in guest rooms.
- Report maintenance issues or damaged furniture to the Housekeeping Manager immediately.
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective equipment.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with guests and colleagues.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
- Reliable and punctual with a focus on time management.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic English proficiency for communication.
