Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Restock amenities and ensure all rooms meet brand standards
- Manage linen inventory and coordinate laundry operations
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly
- Operate commercial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Adhere strictly to hygiene protocols and sustainability practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping/hospitality experience
- Valid work authorization and ability to pass background check
- Physical stamina for standing, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and repetitive tasks
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness excellence
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic English communication skills
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and EPA-approved cleaning agents
