Responsibilities
- Perform detailed cleaning of guest rooms, suites, and common areas including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
- Change bed linens, replenish toiletries, and maintain stock levels of amenities
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report repairs promptly to management
- Adhere to strict cleanliness standards and safety protocols established by health authorities
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment efficiently
- Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams for seamless guest experiences
- Complete deep-cycling projects in public spaces like lobbies and restrooms
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Valid Ohio driver's license (if driving company vehicle)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment safety
