Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Make beds, replace linens, and ensure all amenities (soaps, shampoos, etc.) are fully stocked.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards immediately to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with guests and colleagues.
- Organize and store cleaning supplies efficiently to minimize waste and maintain inventory.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred but not required; we provide training.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods without difficulty.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
