Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service at front desk, including check-ins/check-outs and reservation management
- Assist with housekeeping coordination and room status updates
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Perform basic maintenance checks and report facility concerns
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak weekend operations
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
- Basic computer proficiency and POS system knowledge
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Valid Virginia work authorization required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
