Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to company standards.
- Maintain a safe and orderly environment by removing hazards and organizing supplies.
- Ensure all linens and amenities are stocked and presentable for guests.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies regarding infection control and chemical handling.
- Interact professionally and courteously with guests and coworkers.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
