Responsibilities
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations for 40+ guest rooms and common areas
- Train and mentor 8-10 housekeeping staff on sanitation protocols and efficiency
- Conduct quality assurance inspections and address maintenance issues promptly
- Manage inventory control for cleaning supplies and linens
- Coordinate with front desk and maintenance departments for seamless service
- Implement sustainable cleaning practices while maintaining luxury standards
- Handle guest requests and resolve service concerns with professionalism
Qualifications
- 3+ years of housekeeping experience in luxury hotel/resort settings
- Proven leadership experience with team management responsibilities
- Knowledge of OSHA sanitation standards and EPA-approved disinfectants
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
