Responsibilities
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations for 15-20 guest rooms
- Train and mentor housekeeping staff on service standards
- Conduct room inspections to ensure 5-star cleanliness
- Manage inventory and supply ordering for department
- Coordinate with maintenance team for room repairs
- Address guest room service requests promptly
- Implement sustainable cleaning practices
Qualifications
- 2+ years hotel housekeeping experience
- Supervisory/leadership experience required
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Valid Texas driver's license (if driving company vehicle)
- Flexible schedule availability (nights/weekends)
