Responsibilities
- Manage daily housekeeping operations for 20+ guest rooms
- Train and mentor housekeeping staff on sanitation protocols
- Inspect rooms for cleanliness and quality standards
- Coordinate with maintenance for room repairs
- Inventory control for linens and supplies
- Resolve guest concerns promptly
- Ensure OSHA and ADA compliance
Qualifications
- 2+ years hotel housekeeping experience
- Leadership/supervisory background
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand 8+ hours
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Flexible schedule including weekends
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
