Responsibilities
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations for 30+ guest rooms and public areas
- Train and mentor team members on cleaning protocols and safety standards
- Conduct quality assurance inspections to exceed brand benchmarks
- Manage inventory control for cleaning supplies and amenities
- Coordinate deep cleaning projects and seasonal turnovers
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and maintain positive relationships
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and sanitation regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of housekeeping experience in hospitality
- Supervisory or leadership certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license required
- Proficiency in inventory management software
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Spanish language skills highly valued
