Responsibilities
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations for 50+ guest rooms
- Train and manage 8-10 housekeeping staff members
- Conduct quality inspections and maintain hygiene standards
- Manage inventory control for cleaning supplies and linens
- Coordinate with front desk for room turnover priorities
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety protocols
Qualifications
- 2+ years hotel housekeeping supervisory experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
