Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to all guests, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment.
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance duties, including housekeeping and lobby upkeep, to maintain high standards.
- Assist in check-in and check-out procedures at the front desk, answering inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Monitor security systems and adhere to safety protocols to ensure the well-being of guests and staff.
- Collaborate with the management team to optimize operations and improve guest satisfaction scores.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately at the front desk or during shift work.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hotel, resort, or hospitality setting is preferred but not required for immediate hire candidates.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on guest relations.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to lift moderate amounts of weight and stand for extended periods.
