Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to hotel guests during assigned shifts
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins/outs and reservations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness standards in public areas and guest rooms
- Operate point-of-sale systems and process payments accurately
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Uphold safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency with POS systems
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
