Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations, front desk, and housekeeping staff during assigned shifts.
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by resolving complaints and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Manage shift schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels at all times.
- Handle cash handling, night audit procedures, and accurate daily financial reporting.
- Enforce strict safety, security, and health regulations across the property.
- Coordinate with maintenance and culinary teams to ensure seamless facility operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for all guests and employees.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality management certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel operations, guest services, or hospitality management.
- Must be available for flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with property management systems (PMS) is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
