- Assist guests with inquiries regarding local attractions, dining, and transportation.
- Maintain inventory levels for housekeeping and front desk supplies.
- Uphold strict safety and security protocols during every shift.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and maintenance teams to resolve guest issues promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hotel operations or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
