Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during check-in/check-out processes and throughout guest stays
- Perform housekeeping duties including room cleaning, public area maintenance, and linen management
- Operate hotel systems including reservation software, point-of-sale terminals, and communication devices
- Monitor security protocols and respond to guest inquiries or emergencies promptly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth shift transitions and operational continuity
- Complete daily shift reports and maintain accurate documentation of guest interactions
- Assist with inventory management and supply replenishment for assigned areas
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality certification preferred
- Previous hotel or shift work experience strongly desired
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with hospitality software
- Physical stamina to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Valid Minnesota driver's license (if driving company vehicles)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
