Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/check-outs with efficiency and professionalism
- Monitor hotel security systems and respond to emergency protocols
- Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance requests across all shifts
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues with discretion
- Perform nightly audits of occupancy rates and revenue systems
- Train new staff on shift-specific procedures and safety standards
- Collaborate with management to optimize shift operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience required
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficient in hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift 25 lbs
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Basic first aid/CPR certification preferred
