Qualifications
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Basic computer literacy (reservation systems)
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid Tennessee work authorization
