Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests and visitors.
- Assist with front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming environment in common areas.
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails promptly.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with a positive attitude.
Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
