Responsibilities
- Maintain immaculate guest rooms and common areas following sanitation protocols
- Operate industrial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report maintenance needs
- Adapt to flexible shift schedules including evenings/weekends
- Collaborate with housekeeping team to ensure timely room turnover
- Follow eco-friendly sustainability practices in all cleaning processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to worksite
- Basic English communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts (evenings/weekends)
