Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through personalized interactions and anticipating needs
- Manage seamless check-in/check-out processes using hotel management systems
- Maintain pristine cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and common areas
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and dining teams for cohesive operations
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism
- Assist with luggage handling and valet services as needed
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with reservation systems
- Physical stamina to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Valid Illinois state ID or driver's license
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
