- Manage reservations and room assignments using Opera PMS system
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly

- Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance guest stays
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency with reservation systems (e.g., Opera, Marriott Bonvoy)
