Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, public areas, and lobby spaces.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Assist with event coordination and banquet setup/breakdown as required.
- Operate hotel equipment and systems, including POS and reservation software.
- Adhere to all safety, health, and sanitation regulations.
- Collaborate with the front office team to manage room availability and inventory.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the hospitality or customer service industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- A valid driver's license may be required for shuttle services.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
