Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional, personalized customer service to all guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere upon arrival and departure.
- Assist with efficient check-in and check-out procedures, including managing reservations and handling payments accurately.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk, lobby areas, and public spaces to meet our high standards.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly, escalating any complex issues to hotel management for resolution.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms and facilities are pristine and fully functional.
- Process laundry and uniform services as required to support the operational needs of the hotel.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or the hotel industry is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level roles.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs) when necessary.
