Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a warm, welcoming demeanor and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Maintain the pristine condition of guest rooms and public spaces to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Assist in restaurant operations, including seating arrangements, order taking, and providing exceptional service to diners.
- Collaborate with the front office and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless operations during peak hours.
- Perform daily inspections of assigned areas and report any maintenance issues to the appropriate department immediately.
- Uphold strict adherence to all hotel policies, safety protocols, and brand standards at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; prior hospitality experience is a plus but not mandatory for enthusiastic candidates.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse guests and staff.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and early mornings.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with property management systems (PMS) is preferred.
- Detail-oriented with a professional appearance and a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights when assisting with luggage or amenities.
