Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences during check-in/out processes
- Manage room assignments and key systems efficiently
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Process payments and manage billing transactions
- Uphold safety and cleanliness standards across all areas
- Train new staff on operational procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months hotel or customer service experience
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Basic computer proficiency with hotel software
- Valid Texas driver's license (if required for shuttle duties)
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including holidays
