Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests during all shift hours, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Manage front desk operations efficiently, including check-ins, check-outs, and managing reservations.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms, corridors, and common areas to the highest standards.
- Monitor security systems and access points to ensure the safety and security of guests and hotel assets.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
- Assist with inventory management, supplies ordering, and laundry services as required by the department.
- Support special events, catering services, and housekeeping duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; previous hospitality experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in using hotel management software and basic computer applications (POS systems, Microsoft Office).
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- A valid driver's license is a plus.
- Must be available for immediate start.
