Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year innovation roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in building disruptive prototypes using next-gen technologies
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging threats and opportunities across global markets
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D teams to patent breakthrough innovations
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government labs
Qualifications
- PhD in Future Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field with 10+ years of experience
- Proven track record of launching commercialized innovations from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neuro-interfaces
- Published author in peer-reviewed futurism or technology journals
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi method)
- Experience securing $5M+ in R&D funding or grants
