Responsibilities
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations for 50+ luxury guest rooms
- Train and mentor 8-10 housekeeping staff members
- Conduct quality assurance inspections to exceed brand standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linens
- Coordinate with maintenance team for repairs and replacements
- Handle guest requests with exceptional service orientation
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years luxury hotel housekeeping experience
- Proven leadership experience in hospitality roles
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid NYC Food Handler's Certificate preferred
- Fluency in English (Spanish a plus)
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends
