Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel departments including front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage
- Develop and implement strategic operational plans
- Manage departmental budgets and financial performance
- Ensure exceptional guest experience through service standards
- Lead, train, and motivate 50+ staff members
- Resolve escalated guest complaints with professionalism
- Collaborate with sales team for revenue growth
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Qualifications
- 5+ years hotel management experience in luxury properties
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field
- Proven P&L management skills
- Strong leadership and team development abilities
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Knowledge of Opera PMS and revenue management systems
- Valid North Carolina Food Manager certification
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends
