Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and concierge services
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Manage department heads through performance coaching and budget oversight
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, health regulations, and sustainability practices
- Drive revenue growth through strategic pricing and partnership development
- Lead crisis management and emergency response protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 7 years luxury hotel experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue and guest satisfaction targets
- Expertise in PMS systems (Opera, Oracle) and financial reporting
- Strong vendor management and contract negotiation skills
- Valid Oregon Food Handler's certification and ServSafe credentials
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
