Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of 5+ front desk agents to ensure exceptional guest service
- Oversee check-in/check-out processes and resolve guest inquiries with professionalism
- Manage room inventory and coordinate with housekeeping for optimal operations
- Implement upselling strategies to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction
- Handle VIP guest requests and special event coordination
- Train staff on property systems and service standards
- Monitor guest feedback and implement service improvements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hotel front desk experience with 2+ years in management
- Proven track record in luxury hospitality environments
- Advanced proficiency in Opera or similar PMS systems
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Strong leadership abilities with team development experience
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency highly valued
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
