Responsibilities
- Perform daily reconciliation of guest accounts and financial transactions
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures for overnight guests
- Oversee security protocols and emergency response protocols
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for operational needs
- Generate nightly reports for management review
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Maintain accurate logs of all nightly activities
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or night audit experience
- Proficiency with Opera or similar PMS systems
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Valid North Carolina hospitality certification preferred
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
