Responsibilities
- Process end-of-day financial transactions and reconcile daily reports with 100% accuracy
- Check in/out guests during overnight hours while maintaining premium service standards
- Address guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly during night shifts
- Monitor security systems and respond to emergency situations per protocol
- Generate daily management reports and prepare next-day's operational documentation
- Coordinate with housekeeping and engineering teams for overnight maintenance requests
- Train new night shift staff on hotel systems and service procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hotel front desk or night audit experience required
- Proficiency in Opera or similar property management systems
- Exceptional attention to detail with financial reconciliation skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities during high-pressure overnight situations
- Flexible availability to work 11 PM - 7 AM shifts, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred
- Valid Georgia driver's license for occasional errands
