Responsibilities
- Manage check-in/check-out processes for late-night guests
- Reconcile daily financial transactions and prepare reports
- Monitor security systems and respond to emergency situations
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Perform daily audits of front desk operations
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years hotel or hospitality experience
- Proficiency in Opera or PMS systems
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Basic knowledge of Philadelphia tourism and attractions
