Responsibilities
- Perform end-of-day financial reconciliations and generate daily reports
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures for late-arriving/early-departing guests
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues with discretion and professionalism
- Monitor security systems and respond to emergency protocols during overnight hours
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for overnight operations
- Process payments and manage cash drawer with 100% accuracy
- Update reservation systems and maintain guest data integrity
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hotel front desk or night audit experience
- Proficiency with Opera/PMS property management systems
- Strong accounting skills with attention to financial detail
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Valid Illinois hospitality/food service sanitation certification preferred
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required
