Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/check-outs during overnight hours with precision and warmth
- Perform daily reconciliation of guest accounts and cash transactions
- Monitor security systems and ensure property safety protocols
- Generate end-of-day reports for management review
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with discretion
- Maintain accurate records of all night-shift activities
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or night shift experience
- Proficiency in Opera or similar hotel management software
- Strong financial reconciliation skills
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
